By Own Correspondent- Zimdancehall artist Wallace Chirumiko whose stage name is Winky D’s video featuring Gemma Griffiths “Mugarden” is number 5 on BBC charts.

The video, which became an instant hit soon after its release on Valentine’s Day this year, amassed close to 15,000 views on YouTube in just an hour following its release.

Winky D is an award-winning Zimbabwe dancehall artist popularly known as the Ninja President or Big Man.

The Big Man” who is also known as Dancehall Igwe is one of Zimbabwe’s Zimdancehall pioneers. He was born in Kambuzuma, Harare and is popular for his poverty biting and poverty protesting lyrics.
