Tanzanians Health Minister announced an increase of 53 new Corona virus cases bringing the number of cases to 147. The infections are all Tanzanians, whereas 38 are in Dar es Salaam, 10 in Zanzibar, 1 Kilimanjaro, 1 Mwanza, 1 Pwani, 1 Lindi and 1 Kagera.

President Magufuli has been blamed for the spread of the virus as he has not banned gatherings and he encourages Churches to converge and keep fasting and praying.
