19 February 2021
Own Correspondent|Four former MDC T employees on Thursday successfully filed an urgent application for a garnishing order.
The four employees- Wilson Box, Aleck Tabe, Geraldine Sibanda and Lawrance Paganga are demanding their outstanding dues from the Douglas Mwonzora led Mwonzora political formation.
The application also cites the Ministry of Justice and Lega Affairs and BancABC.
The four former MDC-T employees are yet to receive their terminal benifits although a court ruling was made in their favour in 2014. Mwonzora was the Secretary General responsible for workers’ affairs when the ruling was made.
Mwonzora has been playing the hide and seek game since 2014.
