By A Correspondent- President Emmerson Mnangagwa has touched a storm after he violated COVID-19 preventive measures by posing for a photo with a group of Zimbabwe Prison and Correctional Services (ZPCS) graduates at the Ntabazinduna Training Depot on Saturday without masking up or observing social distancing.
