Should politicians and rich people be given front row seats in church? The Bible says this is forbidden, and US President Donald Trump together with his predecessor Barrack Obama have been given back seats. But this was not the case today.
The following are the latest ZBC pictures of President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his family taken Sunday morning at Mabelreign Methodist Church, Harare:

If being a President in Zim attracts so much criticism,wonder who would take up the offer.Our scribesmen must write responsibly.We are happy our President was in Church.
We do not know whether they are members of this church nor do we know if they normally sit in the front row. Given that, it is a shame that our reporters are stalking the first family into such private things as their worship time. Everybody has freedom of worship please leave the first family alone to do their worship
A church is a church. It doesn’t matter who sits where.
Who was supposed to be in the front row? Is Munangagwa not a human being good enough to sit in the front row however symbolic it can be? Remember there’s security issues as well with political enemies like the G40 on the loose he just has to have a bit caution, anyone would.

Understanding the bible is an issue here. Forbidding means there is an expression that says or means the same as, ‘ DO NOT…….’. And again who does it advise to not seat in the prominent places in church? Is it kings or believers all? So who shall occupy the front row? Journalists and tax collectors?, maybe, right?
Let’s find what Mnangagwa is messing or has messed up in his self-appointed role if we intend to bring him down. Let’s not br petty and let’s not blaspheme the Lord. Ngatityei Mwari kudarika kuvenga Munangagwa!

Chiwenga speaks Shona. so he is Shona. That is the criteria. Shona is a language and is nothing else. If Mnangagwa eats ice-cream and dies, Chiwenga will take over.
Since when is a Chiwenga surname Shona? So its next President Chiwenga. Another President of Malawian leneage. These Zimbabweans love Malawians for their Presidents!
These are Africans in Africa, where they worship leaders and create Dictators so they can cry tomorrow; like they created Mugabe in the 1980s and later cried about him. They never learn. The US is not Africa.
It this was Mugabe, the church members would have watch the service through the windows from outside as all the pews would be occupied by body guards. Mnangagwa is trying to model himself round one Ian Khama of Botswana, who is the people’s president.
The difference is Khama’s hands are clean. No blood is dripping from them. Mnangagwa must address the GH issue and quickly. We all know he will now be in power for at least 11 years if he does not hand over power to Chiwenga through unexpected death.
