By Paul Nyathi| Beleaguered MDC-T Deputy President Thokozani Khuphe has sent a social media SOS announcing that they are being attacked at the MDC-T offices in Bulawayo as of Sunday afternoon.

“We are under attack at the Bulawayo MDC-T office. People are injured and cars have been vandalized,” said Khuphe in her Facebook page.

No further details were provided. Efforts to contact Khuphe on her mobile phone failed as her phone went unanswered.

Khuphe is under a 7 day ultimatum to begin participating in the party activities or face possible expulsion from the party. The MDC-T leadership is in Chinhoyi for an MDC Alliance rally at the time that Khuphe is being assaulted in the party offices.
