Church leaders who met with President Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday said former President Robert Mugabe never listened to their plight.

The church leaders thanked Mnangagwa for finding ample time to interact and interface with the men and women of the cloth.

“Christians constitute 80% of the country’s population.

We kindly ask for a review of the New
Curriculum. We approached the former President
regarding this issue but he turned a deaf ear to it.

Please help us. Christians constitute the
majority of the population,” said Bishop Mukonongwe.
