Highlanders FC coach Madinda Ndlovu hailed his youthful charges following a narrow yet emphatic 1-0 victory over Dynamos in a match played at Rufaro
Stadium on Monday.

The Bulawayo Giants managed to hold on and
picked a vital away win courtesy of
Ozias Zibande’ s goal, a few seconds before the break.

In a post-match interview, Madinda said his charges
followed the strategy they had planned before the
game and managed to defend the goal they scored
in the first half.

“Dynamos played very well. They are a good team
but I think luck was not on their side,” he said.

“I think both teams were evenly balanced in terms of
tactics. But from the start, we had a key strategy. If
you listen to the teacher you will get the correct
answer,” said Madinda.

Highlanders are now on fourth position on the log, with ten
points, two behind log leaders Ngezi Platinum who
are yet to drop points this season.
