By Simba Chikanza| Over £6,000 cash meant for Mpilo hospital has vanished.

The money, donated by members of a burial society, Southern Bells, disappeared while in the hands of a UK based Zimbabwean, Bekilizwe Ruth Mthimkhulu. She has since fled to Zimbabwe, complainants told a ZimEye LIVE audience Tuesday evening.

She flew away to Zimbabwe soon after closing the company in May this year, and has allegedly fled with another lumpsum to the tune of £32,000.

Miss Mthimkhulu was contacted for comment and was meant to give her side of the story last night. The LIVE program (whose series continues today, Wednesday) is below –
