By Paul Nyathi|The Constitutional Court has dismissed an application by the Media Institute of Southern Africa Zimbabwe, MISA, and freelance journalist Busani Bafana to allow journalists to shoot Facebook live streaming of the landmark Constitutional Court appeal against results of the Presidential Election held last month.

The applicants had lodged an appeal against a previous court ruling that the ZBC was the only media that will be allowed to broadcast from inside the court room.

The court held that ZBC has sufficient means to publicise the court proceedings.
