The MDC Alliance Chaplains Department has revealed prayer points for Zimbabwe as the entire nation anticipates the Constitutional Court’ s ruling on Nelson Chamisa’ s Presidential election petition.
Below is the MDC Chaplains Department’ s statement:
MDC Alliance Chaplains Department
Godisinit PRAYER AND FASTING program and all those who love peace.
Brothers and Sisters it’s no
longer Chamisa or us fighting, but God Jehovah the keeper of Israel . Therefore let us take Tuesday the
21st as our fasting and prayer day from 6am to 6pm. If you are able you can continue on the 22nd
also. Here are our prayer points:
1. Ask God to forgive us as individuals and as a nation of all our sins of omission and commission.
Let go of all hatred, bitterness and unforgiveness.Isaiah 1: 18-20.
2. Let us pray for our President Advocate Nelson Chamisa and all MDC Alliance leadership. Pray for
wisdom on what they should say and do as we draw closer to our freedom.
3. Pray for all the lawyers representing us in this case. Pray for wisdom, that they be given insight,
boldness and utterance of speech.
4. Pray for Justice Malaba and his team of Judges.
May they be given the wisdom of Solomon to arbitrate without fear.
5. Pray for ZANU PF leadership, that God may turn their hearts, to love the people of Zimbabwe and let
go of the power they have been stealing.
6. Pray for peace to prevail in our Country.
7. As you conclude your prayer, give thanks to the Lord for answered prayers. Take some time to praise
Him for he is able to deliver us.
“I will give him the key to the house of David–the highest position in the royal court. When he opens
doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.”
Isaiah 22:22
GOD BLESS YOU ALL from Bishop Chipunza Snr
Alliance Chaplain.
