Terrence Mawawa|The European Union(EU) has withdrawn funding for Save Valley Conservancy projects following the invasion of huge tracts of land by Zanu PF supporters.

Thousands of Zanu PF supporters invaded the conservancy at the height of the violent land grab exercise.

Government sources told ZimEye.com yesterday, EU expressed concern at the acts of vandalism being carried out at Save Valley Conservancy.

“We have received a from EU instructing us to suspend all operations in the area.

All the project that are being funded by EU have since been suspended,” government sources said yesterday.
