Terrence Mawawa|Masvingo State Minister Josaya Dunira Hungwe’ s nephew Goddard Dunira has been accused of neglecting a sugarcane plot he invaded.

Sources in Chiredzi have revealed that Dunira who used his political stamina to grab the plot is one of the hundreds of Zanu PF politicians who are failing to utilise the sugarcane fields.

“Dunira’ s plot is full of weeds and there is no activity at the piece of land he grabbed.

As a result the level of sugar production is set to tumble drastically ,” officials at Tongaat Hullet told ZimEye.com at the weekend.

“The sugar production level is likely to plummet to an all time low due to the failure by the farmers to produce standard sugarcane,” added the sources.
