By Own Correspondent| A coalition of 25 churches and civil society organisations have called on political party leaders to put national interest ahead of politics imploring government to come up with solutions to the current liquidity crunch and price hikes among a host of other challenges affecting ordinary citizens.
In a statement released Monday in Harare, the organisations some of which include Bulawayo Youths Arise, ZINASU, Street Life Children’s Club, Youths for Innovation Trust, Community Water Alliance, Masvingo Youths in Action, Community Solutions Act and Concerned Citizens’ Agenda called on politicians across the political divide to stop positioning themselves ahead of the people’s agenda.
