Jane Mlambo| Self-exiled former Higher Education minister and Zanu PF member, Professor Jonathan Moyo has threatened to expose business tycoon and Econet Wireless founder, Strive Masiyiwa’s double standards in funding both Zanu PF and MDC, in what marks a new high in the Twitter war that has been ongoing since last week.

Posting on Twitter yesterday, Professor Moyo said;

“As a former government minister and a former Zanu PF election campaign manager, I’ll tomorrow morning (Monday) do a thread with information exposing Strive Masiyiwa’s two-timer dalliance with Zanu PF and MDC when he purported to be anti ZanuPF and in support of human rights and democracy,” Moyo said.

Masiyiwa has dipped himself into Twitter wars with opposition supporters since his television interview on CNBS in which he remarked that President Emmerson Mnangagwa was sincere in his effort to turn around the country.

Since then, he and his wife have since left Twitter after Zimbabweans launched a vicious against the powerful couple, in a battle that has also sucked Human Rights Watch Africa Director Dewa Mavhinga whom the business magnate sought to have him fired from his job.
