By Farai D Hove| The man who (8 months before) appeared on state television announcing that he will use the military to change the 2018 election results, ZANU PF leader Emmerson Mnangagwa yesterday called for a dialogue meeting with political parties to announce that he is the winner of the 2018 elections.

Announcing at the state house function which MDC President Nelson Chamisa bunked on Wednesday, Mnangagwa opened his official message by congratulating himself the winner of the 2018 polls.

Mnangagwa whose soldiers opened fire and killed so called “protesters ” on the 1st August 2018 as election results were delayed, is on state television announcing that he will use the military to change election results.

He said, “as is the nature of most contests, only a single candidate will emerge as the winner, which in this case happened to be myself.

“That apart, this was indeed a victory for our fledgling democrat and as such, a victory for all of us as Zimbabweans.” BELOW WAS THE FULL TEXT OF HIS PUBLIC MESSAGE:
