By Own Correspondent| Millionaire African Medallion Group founder and businessman Frank Buyanga has returned the 4 year old boy he reportedly abducted from his “baby mama”.

This follows a successful ZimEye expose on Friday.

In the ZimEye coverage, it was revealed that Buyanga breached a court order. ZimEye also exposed “dirty” police hands playing up and working in carhoots with the businessman.

Buyanga had even worked to get his girlfriend jailed at Borrowdale Police Station overnight.

The ZimEye news feature revealed how named police details worked to abuse the woman. The 4 year old son was also “abused” as he is physically ill having also been pulled away from his mother.

Buyanga has a son with Chantelle Muteswa who had obtained a court order which instructs Buyanga to give her custody to the duo’s 4 year old son.

In her papers, Chantelle argued that she has legal custody over the duo’s 4 year old son. The case was heard under reference: CCA 205/18.

Chantelle was represented by her lawyer, Simon Bwanya of Wilmot And Bennett Legal Practitioners. Advocate Bwanya told ZimEye, the child has been returned to his mother’s safe custody.”
