By Own Correspondent- President Emmerson Mnangagwa has congratulated Cyril Ramaphosa for victory by the ANC in the just ended South African elections.

Mnangagwa has said that he looks forward to working closely with Ramaphosa in the strengthening of relations between Zimbabwe and SA.
