By Own Correspondent- The opposition MDC has won Mutasa local government by election held Saturday.

Rose Tanyaradzwa Mukodza (MDC-Alliance) romped to victory beating rival Zanu Pf’s Magret Tindirika and Tafadzwa Justin Chirimo (NCA).

Party President Nelson Chamisa congratulated his team in Manicaland for a job well done.

Said Chamisa;

“Congrats to our teams for winning the local gvt election in Mutasa. Our gratitude to Manicaland Province and district,community organisers including our star member of parliament Hon Saruwaka and the hardworking winning woman Cnclr.We’re defining a new course for Zimbabwe with a rural focus.”
