Correspondent|Former Zimbabwean Minister of Information, Professor Jonathan Moyo has claimed that his book, Excelgate, has diagrams which show how the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission created a new route to transmit presidential election results to Harare.
Moyo claims that his book exposes how ZEC in connivance with the ruling ZANU PF manipulated 2018 elections. He posted on Twitter saying:
