Just In- Charity Charamba Lands Another Top Govt Post.

By A Correspondent- Former police spokesperson Charity Charamba has landed a senior government post as ambassador.

Charamba, joined the force aged 23 and was appointed the head of the press and public relations office of the Zimbabwe Republic Police in 2013 after taking over from Wayne Bvudzijena.

In April of the same year, she was promoted by Augustine Chihuri from assistant commissioner to senior assistant commissioner. 

Before her elevation to senior assistant commissioner, Charamba represented Zimbabwe at the United Nations’ peacekeeping missions in Liberia where she had served at a senior level.

The development was revealed by her niece Josey Mahachi who tweeted:
