Welcome Back Our Revolutionaries, Netsai, Joana And Cecilia
27 June 2020
Spread the love

Despite what you are still going through, today is a day we still celebrate to see you out of that dungeon, being able to meet your family and most importantly to be back in the trenches where we still continue to push for that freedom that you are being persecuted for. We remain resolute and focused to that sacrifice you have chosen.

You have shown great inspiration and ability to organise our young generation and the middle age including the old in advocating for change. Your commitment and tenacity whilst being incarcerated, physically and mentally abused by the state and the Judiciary will never be in vain.

The young generation shall soon rise and claim their freedom and democratic space.

We cannot remain an abused society by a political dynasty whose faces remain familiar to us. This Cartel comprising the same people keep on coming back to violate our society, abuse us, incarcerate our society and impose themselves on our society and leadership. Now it has also become a norm that they are also recycling their family members into looting our resources and that little we have worked hard for. The corruption is endless and no accountability or restraint from these perpetrators.

We are aware you are under surveillance and we will continue doing that we can to protect you. Your persecution has become our greatest motivation and sacrifice to our freedom.

It is time for our society to change culture and change habits and decisively be able to break this cycle collectively.

This brutality on you and all other citizens is a consequence of their corruption that is holding back every aspect of economic and civil life. It is an anchor that weighs us down and prevents us from achieving what we could.

Profound challenges stretch out before us, but let’s shoulder on and continue to strengthen our resolve in unity and collaboration. We shall overcome.
