MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has explained his popular “God is in it” mantra indicating that is not a slogan but a statement of faith and what his party believes in.

Comparing his mantra to that of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s “voice of the people is the voice of God,” Chamisa said Mnangagwa is being blasphemous as God can never be compared with human beings. The opposition leader who himself is an ordained pastor said Mnangagwa’s assertion shows that the President does not understand God and has never been to church.

He made the remarks while addressing the party’s inaugural online rally broadcast live on ZimEye.com on Sunday afternoon.
