Police have taken journalist Hopewell Chin’ono to his Chisipite house to conduct a search for ‘equipment he used to tweet’ inciting people to engage in public violence.

Chin’ono’s legal representatives Beatrice Mtetwa and Douglas Coltart have told the media that the police did not produce a search warranty.

According to sources on the ground, Mtetwa stopped the police from taking his cameras saying it was not covered by the search warranty.
