Last week there were rumours that some sort of strike was brewing at POSB bank as some employees said there were not happy with the salaries they were getting. The result was that there were frustrating delays at the bank with people falling to have their queries attended to in a timely manner. Now the bank has come out and apologised for the resulting customer delays. Interestingly the bank chose not to address the labour dispute preferring to call it an unlawful job action.
