MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has confirmed theories of food poisoning against perceived enemies of state saying during his time as a cabinet minister he never consumed food offered by the state for fear of being harmed.

Addressing mourners at the Dzamara family home in Glen View today, Chamisa says the compative activist was marked as an enemy of the state and may have been harmed.

Chamisa also spoke about his time in government and how he never ate food offered during cabinet meetings.

“For 5 years in cabinet, I didn’t even touch a cup of tea. Until Mugabe asked me:’ Who told you I practice witchcraft?” said Chamisa while addressing mourners at Dzamara funeral.
