By A Correspondent| The High Court will on Friday finally hand down its judgment on a bail appeal filed by Kossam Ncube of ZLHR on behalf of Terrence Manjengwa, who has spent 56 days in both police and prison custody after he was arrested on 3 September.

Manjengwa was arrested by ZRP members outside Harare Magistrates Court and charged with unnecessary movement and possession of dangerous weapons while following proceedings during Zengeza West constituency legislator Hon. Job Sikhala’s court session.
