Tinashe Sambiri|MDC Alliance Youth Assembly leaders, Hon Joana Mamombe and Cecilia Chimbiri have been granted ZWL $ 10 000 bail each.

The two were granted bail despite the argument by the State that they have a propensity to commit crime.

The State failed to point out the propensity but used the pending case of abduction of the girls by State agents.

2) The Record from the State witness an Assistant Inspector Ncube relates that there is no fear of the girls being given bail. But why would the State detain the duo for a case that is in level 7 that having an option of a fine if it were to be persued. Why then the State had to justify detention of the two for just an exchange of words in a dialogue.

The allegations were frivolous and are denied. The defense Counsel further stressed that the duo were abiding religiously to their bail conditions and pray that the Statutory Istrument that was used was Repealed and has been used to further suffocate the loberty of the two Joana Mamombe and Cecilia Chimbiri.

In court the Defense argued that the police did not record a warned and cautioned statement.

The regional Magistrate misdirected the court by spliting one case of abduction into two. In simple terms , the same case of Warren Park flash Demonstration is the same case of Abduction and torture of the girls which subsequently led the state to accuse the girls ,Joana Mamombe and Cecilia Chimbiri to be charged with publishing falsehood after they were relating their torture in hospital .

WHAT IS IT THAT THE STATE WANTS TO ACHIEVE BY ALLEGING FALSEHOOD TO THE NATION. Why Detain the girls on trumped up charges.

The Police are TARNISHING THE IMAGE OF THE COUNTRY. WITHOUT FAIL.

THEREFORE THE HIGH COURT JUDGE GRANTED BAIL DEPOSIT OF TEN THOUSAND EACH and ordered the two to report to the law and Order every fortnight and reside at their current Address.

The Judge found and a total Misdirection of the Regional magistrate court in this case of Joana and Cecilia.
