17 August 2021

By A Correspondent| Upcoming musician Anita Jaxson has bemoaned social media toxicity.

Social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook have been ruthless against some influential people including opposition leaders Douglas Mwonzora, Linda Masarira, Thokozani Khupe and Lovemore Madhuku among others.

Ruling ZANU PF party members have not been spared the backlash with nearly everything they post being subjected to criticism some targeted at their physical appearances.

Recently, top comedienne, Madam Boss was at the receiving end of social media bullying following remarks she made about the 14-year-old Marange girl who died while giving birth at a shrine in Bocha.

Now the Unonzani singer has come out in public about online bullying.

It could not be confirmed when Anita Jaxson was attacked on social media but she expressed that she is sick of it.

Anita has 14000 followers on Twitter, a sizeable audience for her emerging career.
