Bulawayo Chiefs have decided to part ways with head coach Thulani Sibanda following the team’s relegation from the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.

Sibanda returned to coach Amakhosi ahead of the 2024 season, marking his second stint with the club. Despite their efforts, Chiefs were relegated on the final day of the season.

In an official statement, the club announced: “We regret to inform our supporters that we will be parting ways with head coach Thulani Sibanda at the end of the 2024 season. His contract, which expires on December 31st, will not be renewed by mutual agreement.

“We appreciate Coach Sibanda’s hard work and dedication during his time with the team and wish him success in his future endeavors.

“Further announcements will be made in due course.”
