By Simba Chikanza | ZimEye | I have noticed floating allegations that say that the nation’s firebrand war vet Blessed Geza has been given US$5 million, and the country’s most popular politician Nelson Chamisa has been given two houses, being payments to buy their “silence.”
The first time, when the $5 million talk was sounded to me was the day when Douglas Mwonzora’s CIO aide Agnes tried to make me use it to accuse Nelson Chamisa on 27 Sept 2024. Like a continuous megaphone, she would repeatedly tell me, “Chamisa akapihwa $5 million, taura naChengetai Guta!” The repeating noise was so continuous that I ended up telling her that even if he was given such money, “no one would believe you or me.” She had no document, no receipt and no picture evidence to support the claim. Maybe that evidence is there, but it is still to be produced. This time the huge figure is being used to accuse Geza, who has asked Emmerson Mnangagwa to resign.
These are the circumstances under which Agnes invited me to her London home to meet Mwonzora. I refused and chose to rather meet him elsewhere. I had resisted previous requests to meet Mwonzora during his 2023 visit to UK.
What happened soon afterwards on that day was self revelatory- Agnes disclosed that she is a trained CIO officer, and Mwonzora was slapped with a police case for violently seizing property at the Premier Inn Castle Quays hotel and using the Oxford building to harass other people whose political party property he seized with the help of the CIO back in Harare.

Two days later Mwonzora’s spokesperson Chengetai Guta was unmasked as a CIO agent following a spaces discussion on X.
Five months later, the people accusing Chamisa of the 5 million claim are still to produce evidence that he received a dollar from them or the state. Evidence that has emerged in the form of not only documents but full colour CCTV footage is that instead of giving Chamisa or anyone any money, the three of them are actually taking away both money and property from other people. It is now a police case. Mwonzora is now ordered to return keys of room 417 and the keys of the owners of Harvest House building premises he used the Premier Inn Banbury premises to harass.
At the time when they are simply supposed to return the keys to these properties and the political entity Mwonzora grabbed from Chamisa he now claims to own, the $5 million accusation has resurfaced, this time as it is used on Blessed Geza, the nation’s second most popular influencer after Chamisa.
The allegation-authors want people to believe that Chamisa has been paid with two properties whose addresses are not known? Strange.
It could easily be true that the allegations this time are real. But the claims are once again as of the 24th Feb 2025 worse than anecdotal. There is no document, no date, and neither any source to reference in the allegation which is very frustrating.
What makes things worse is the allegation author’s failure to obtain a comment or the most basic conversation to continue the talk over what Geza is said to have received. Anyone who has been handed a sudden gush of $5 million can be easily trapped in a follow up conversation at any time.
I have contacted both Geza and Chamisa, as I tried to do what the accusing bloggers should have done. Still there is nothing. Sad.
Two more claims have gone viral, which accuse the other man recently fired by ZANU PF Mash West together with Geza, Gifford Gomwe. Gomwe is the Mash West ZANU PF official who is also the brother of Godwin pictured in a viral photograph with Geza last week. The post accuses Gomwe of things he has not done, allegations that might soon get him arrested.
Now comes the allegation that Chamisa is now silent, and that Geza has gone mute. Have they?
I shall start with Chamisa. Social media claims say Chamisa is on sabbatical leave since losing his party to Tshabangu early last year. However these claims are without both content and context. Chamisa simply upgraded his methods of fighting Mnangagwa to the most efficient mechanism. After losing the ballot contest because Mnangagwa used bullets, he shifted to Bible Missiles. This technique has worked worldwide for thousands of years in taking over countries and continents where other means have failed, and letters by King Leopold of Belgium are clear that the technique works. I have used Bible in my investigative journalism and many times I joke my that I almost took over a neighbouring country in 2023. A presidential contestant and former Foreign Affairs Minister of Zambia Harry Kalaba is on national television confessing that I controlled his life for a whole month in Aug 2023 using scriptures.
Has Geza gone quiet? Let’s get facts clear: statements uttered by the war vet as still in date and he appears on schedule since the issuing of a statement by an anonymous military personnel on 3 Feb 2025.
