Hard-hitting social media analyst Antony Taruvinga has urged President Emmerson Mnangagwa to step down to avoid an embarrassing defeat in the July 30 election.

Taruvinga wrote on Facebook yesterday:
“The irony of the Incumbent’s failure.
Mnangagwa and his Zanu PF hoodlums should just step down.
Do not waste time and national resources
seeking office and promising new things when you
have already failed the simplest of tasks that you
promised to achieve.

‘You can rig an election but you can’t rig the
economy’ so said the late icon Dr Morgan Richard
Tsvangirai.

What it simply means is that the business sector
has no confidence in Emmerson Mnangagwa and things
will never change even if he wins the
election.

The “coup” President must admit he has failed
and step down because his promises have come to
nought.”
