Farai Dziva|Zimbabweans in the UK will on Saturday hold a memorial service for the late liberation war icon Dumiso Dabengwa.

Ezra Tshisa Sibanda one of the organisers of the event said:
We are calling on all Zimbabweans across the political divide to descend on Luton this coming Saturday.

There will be a memorial service for the late great People’s Champion, iconic son of Zimbabwe, National Hero, The Black Russian, former Zipra Supremo and Zapu President, the one and only Dumiso Dabengwa on Saturday the 1st of June to coincide with his funeral service and burial in Manxeleni, Ntabazinduna.”

” There will be live streaming on big screens for people to watch proceedings from home. Its all happening in Luton this Saturday. Dont miss this important event,”added Sibanda.
