South African Premier League outfit Maritzburg United have offered to buy CAPS United forward Gabriel Nyoni.

The KZN-side invited the speedy former Highlanders winger for a trial stint last week and negotiations are at an advanced stage  so a deal is imminent.

Maritzburg even contacted the Green Machine officials informing them of their decision to sign the 27-year-old, who is said to have impressed them during the trial period.

Nyoni has made a huge impact since switching from the Black and White jersey to the Grean and White one, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists.
