Re: Suspected Abuse of UNICEF Funds for Ward Nutrition Coordinators Salaries (WNC) by MoHCC

Dear Sir/Madam

We write to raise alarm on what we suspect to be a case of donor funds abuse meant for salaries personnel contracted as Ward Nutrition Coordinators across numerous districts in Zimbabwe.

For months on end throughout 2019, employees have received salaries well after the contract designated dates.

A particular case in point is where employees are awaiting November and December 2019 salaries despite their contracts having expired.

Kindly be advised we seek this to be an anonymous report and ZACC to launch an investigation into the handling of salaries of WNC by the Ministry of Health and Child Care.
