By A Correspondent- A former cabinet minister Walter Mzembi has urged the army to enforce lockdown compliance on loitering President Emmerson Mnangagwa adding that the country’s first citizen had become “the epicentre of deliquency and defiance”.

Said Mzembi in a series of tweets suggesting what should be done to curb the spread of coronavirus:

“SECURITY FORCES should go & enforce lockdown compliance at STATEHOUSE first , that is the epicentre of DELINQUECY & DEFIANCE. After that Security forces must deliver door to door MEALIE MEAL, WATER , COOKING OIL , SUGAR , SALT, BREAD & MEAT.”
