By A Correspondent| The businessman who for years is on a “top wanted” British Police warrant of arrest list, Tawanda Buyanga, has been slapped with a warrant of arrest by the High Court Of Zimbabwe.
Buyanga who after fleeing UK altered his name to Frank Buyanga Sadiqi, has been served, barely 3 weeks after he violently kidnapped the child he has with his ex girlfriend, Chantelle, last month. The incident was captured on CCTV at Spar, Waterfalls, Harare.
His violent operation which left the child’s grandmother with bloody bruises, was the third abduction in a roll cited on his case.
The incident was exclusively revealed by ZimEye.com, see CCTV footage below, and he was seen coming out of his white Ford Ranger and pulling the child out of the mother’s car at Spar Waterfalls, Harare.
Passing judgement on Thursday, Justice Manzunzu said the verdict which stipulates he must return the 5 year old son to his mother, is itself a warrant of arrest if not heeded.
