ZANU PF Director of Information Tafadzwa Mugwadi was on SABC TV last night and was yet again an embarrassment as he giggled and laughed when an abduction victim Noxolo Maphosa narrated her ordeal.

MDC Alliance Secretary for International Relations Gladys Hlatshwayo blasted him for his conduct.
