Tinashe Sambiri|The MDC Alliance has accused Mr Emmerson Mnangagwa’s administration of ignoring the plight of suffering teachers.

In a brief statement on Tuesday, the party challenged Mr Mnangagwa’s administration to address teachers’ grievances urgently:

“The crisis in the education sector is threatening children’s right to education, especially the poor.

Instead of addressing the plight of teachers, Govt continues to ‘bury its head in the sand.’

We stand in solidarity with #teachers in their demand for better teacher #remuneration.”
