Tinashe Sambiri|The MDC Alliance has urged citizens to observe World Health Organization approved COVID-19 restrictions to avert the spread of the deadly pandemic.

The call has been made at a time COVID-19 cases are rising in the country.

According to the latest COVID-19 update released by the Ministry of Health and Childcare, 28 people succumbed to the deadly virus on June 30.

“We urge citizens to citizens to act responsibly to help beat the virus,” said the MDC Alliance in a statement.
