Many have wondered who Rutendo’s life inspiration is.
As Zimbabweans were told “this is my grandmother,” Rutendo instantly pulled video watchers into her world. “This is the Alice I always talk about. I just wanted you guys to experience how much I love her,” Rutendo says as her cheeks are drenched in a stream of shiny tears.
The Manika girl took social networks by storm last year after introducing her Facebook page, “Getting Real with Rutendo.” On her page she daily interacts with the community on a wide range of controversial issues which are largely albeit bedroom-centric.
