THE RT HON THERESA MAY MP
THE PRIME MINISTER
10 DOWNING STREET
LONDON
SW1A 2AA
Dear Prime Minister:
I write this letter to the honourable Prime Minister after a well published vindictive article authored by Mr Eliot Pfebve who is in the UK and is an envoy of Mr Morgan Tsvangirayi the opposition leader of a party called MDC T in Zimbabwe. I have noticed with great sadness how Mr Pfebve has turned his personal grudges with individuals turning them into international issues. Mr Pfebve has written to your office Madam Prime Minister requesting that you deport the son of the Honourable Minister of Zimbabwe Minister Saviour Kasukuwere. Mr Kasukuwere’s son is enrolled at Swansea School Of Management where he is studying Financial Management. The son of the Honourable Minister is called Takudzwa Kasukuwere. His sin is that his father is a minister in the Zimbabwean government. I believe that there is no crime in being a minister; it is actually an honour to serve one’s country in such an esteemed position.

My heart bleeds to witness the dictatorial tendencies exhibited by the MDC T and its affiliates in the UK namely Virgil Zimbabwe and RHOR and a plethora of other attention seeking groups masquerading as Human Rights groups. The irony of the matter madamme Prime Minister is that these groups purport to fight for human rights but they are using hate and unsubstantiated allegations to vilify the ministers son.

The reasons forwarded by these groups to your office Madam Prime Minister are that the Zimbabwean government is breaking the Rule of Law. I have checked and realised that Zimbabwe is not even in the top ten in the list of human rights abusers.

I have noticed with great shock that the reasons forwarded to your office for the deportation of this young man are not proved or stand in any human mind as real. The allegations come straight from a comic book and these groups are using them to destroy the life of this young man. They have further stated that the honourable minister is a thief but they have not given your office any proof of stealing except to say he is building a house. The last time I checked Madam Prime Minister building a house was not stealing. In the absence of any evidence of wrong doing by the minister I pray that the British government protects Takudzwa Kasukuwere as a student under your protection and not classify him as a politician.

Takudzwa is an honest student whose gaoal is to finish his degree. His parents are equally worried that his safety is at stake with these groups pretending to be Human Right Activists when they are actually opposition political members trying to abuse your goodness to settle a political score.

It is not a secret that there will be an election in 2018 in Zimbabwe and these people have an obligation to prepare for these elections not destroying the future of this young man.
It is my understanding that you will have the opportunity to meet with the group next week at your official residence where they will be submitting a petition to urge the deportation of the young man. Why have they picked this child alone defies all logic.

As a concerned British with Zimbabwean heritage, I would like to bring to your attention the following: (1) The abuse of Zimbabweans in UK by these groups and treatment of its minorities; and (2) the relations of these groups with the Republic of Zimbabwe. 3. The lies they tell people that once they sign the petition the Prime Minister will grant them asylum and indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Please take our concerns into consideration when meeting with Mr Pfebve and his group and raise them with him.
These issues are interrelated.

This group refuses to recognise Zimbabwe’s constitutionally and democratically elected government because they fear that if they do so, they would then need to return to Zimbabwe as this automatically kills their reason to remain on asylum. If Zimbabweans in England who are genuine students, can go back home after their studies, it means that those seeking asylum will not have credible reasons to seek asylum.

Madam Prime Minister you will remember that this is the same group which demonstrated against your government when Zimbabwe came to seek financial help.

They deliberately refuse to have Zimbabwe get any help so that they can turn back and say the government has failed. What the fake Human Rights Groups and Mr Pfebve fail to recognize is its attitude towards Zimbabwe is harmful to the whole country and not to the innocent children they are targeting. A verifiable and well-documented improvement in Human Rights respect in Zimbabwe occurred after the 2008 elections. The resounding victory of ZANU PF in 2013 HAS SHOWN THAT Zimbabwe has graduated to be a peaceful African state in elections.

Today, Zimbabweans in Zimbabwe can sue the government and they can have a fair judgement from the courts. Madam Prime Minister we have people in Zimbabwe who insult the President using un printable words who have been freed by courts and are roaming the streets of Harare as free men. There has been a great improvement in human rights and freedom of speech in Zimbabwe. Madam Prime Minister I am proud of the capacity of Zimbabwe democracy. All citizens of Zimbabwe have equal rights.

Madam Prime Minister I urge you to take immediate steps to protect the fundamental rights and bring the perpetrators to justice. I urge your government to take immediate steps to ensure that the fundamental rights of Zimbabwean student studying in your country regardless of their parents political affiliation are protected and that the perpetrators of violence are held to account.

“Of particular concern is the treatment of any person who is not MDC and who is not in any of the bogus anti Zimbabwe groups. The groups and MDC T in particular now believe that Britain is only democratic to the extent of being a supporter of MDC. They are making people believe that if you are MDC you will be granted stay in the UK.

This has been their operation mode to lure people to sign the petition. I have attached the page from the Facebook and from a phone WhatsApp which is circulated to the effect that The Prime Minister Theresa May will give amnesty to those who demonstrate against Takudzwa Kasukuwere. This is fraudulent, wrong and misleading.

I urge the Prime Minister to uphold fairness in dealing with this young man and with the group at large.

I also urge you to take steps to control the activities of groups, such as the Zimbabwe Virgil and ROHR. And instruct British security forces to enforce the rule of law and protect students coming from minority communities from politically motivated harassment and violence.

The peace loving Zimbabweans who are nonaligned in Zimbabwean politics and those who are related to Zimbabwean politicians but not politicians themselves have been dramatically affected and threatened by these groups.

“The groups effectively have demonised the Zimbabweans who are perceived to be ZANU PF threatening to seriously injure any one they will meet in the street. Since the groups have started to hunt for any students perceived to be ZANU PF or linked to ZANU PF innocent students have been subjected to threat physical assaults, extortion, threats of forced expulsion from their schools. I would like to applaud the Prime Minister for your stance on the respect of human rights and urge you to extent the rights to the minority students targeted by these groups in your own country madam Prime Minister. I beg you to turn this hope into action by publicly condemning the harassment and other forms of harassment against those who believe in ZANU PF and Zimbabweans throughout Britain by Mr Pfebve and his groups.

I therefore submit Madam Prime Minister That Takudzwa Kasukuwere At Swansea School of Management be protected from the unwarranted attacks by the groups purporting to be Human Rights Groups when they are actually Political parties masquerading as Human Rights Activists.

It is my humble submission that your government refuse to be used to settle political scores. We shudder to imagine what will happen should these Zimbabwean opposition parties become ruling party. We will have every person who never supported them removed from Zimbabwe or simply killed. They are sharpening their vindictive ways by writing petitions trying to make anyone against them an enemy. I pray that you do not allow the dictators to use your democracy to an undemocratic end.

I would like to thank you Madam Prime Minister for your assistance in this case.
Yours Worried
Dr Masimba Mavaza

  1. Mavaza wants to seek relevance here and is a zanu pf supporter. He is an abuser himself of asylum seekers forcing women to have sex with him and a lot of people were given papers after the Home office discovered he screwed up their cases so because the lawyer (mavaza) was incompetent the home office had no choice but give papers on that basis.

At a meeting of the Zimbabwe Action Forum (ZAF) after the Vigil we discussed the problem of dodgy legal representatives feeding off vulnerable asylum seekers. One person who calls himself ‘Dr Masimba Mavaza’ was mentioned by several people. Elementary checks on the man described by Zimeye as ‘one of the UK’s best immigration lawyers’ revealed the following: 19 January 2011 STATEMENT FROM THE OFFICE FOR JUDICIAL COMPLAINTS – ‘MR MASIMBA MAVAZA A spokesperson for the Office for Judicial Complaints said: “Mr Masimba Mavaza, a magistrate appointed to the Corby Bench, failed to inform the Advisory Committee of his arrest for fraud by false representation. A conduct investigation by the local Advisory Committee found that Mr Mavaza had not demonstrated the qualities of good character and sound judgment and recommended that he should be removed from the magistracy. As a result, the Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice have removed Mr Mavaza from the magistracy.’ .
