  1. Ndezvake uyo akangosvika achipopota vanhu vaine imwe patient saka aida kut uyo afe iye akadii kusimudza munhu nemupirisa waive naye.ndandiripo achitora video avana kumboramba kubatsira ma nurse ayo.

  2. you have an idea but we need to go beyond training general nurses. we need people to be trained in specialises areas like emergency medicine. its not the nurses’ fault. we need to train and equip

  3. this is nonsense. the systems that we have created don’t have proper emergency centres with trained personnel. You see nurses dressed in white and you think they know everything. Its not their fault, emergency medicine is a specialty where a person goes for years for training. this problem goes from our poor ambulance services, lack of proper infrastructure and equipment at our hospitals (look at the car bringing a “critical” patient, look at the point where the patient is being collected from) to lack of qualified personnel. Please don’t expect movie style emergency services in Zimbabwe especially gvt hospitals. Our Government has not invested much in this area. Harassing nurses is not substitute for training, investment in infrastructure and equipment, and creating a system that caters for our people. Most of these hospitals were meant to serve only the white minority before independence, now they serve all and we expect wonders! The guy shoting the video doesn’t understand our health care system. Never shout at nurses. Hospitals should never allow people to shot videos or take photos. Change begins in the offices, minister. This bad publicity of nurses will not help the situation. train and equip and everything will be in place.

  4. there has to be attitude change in our hospitals if such things are happening in our hospitals sure. nurses cant watch patients die

  5. The painful reality is if those same nurses were to work in the UK, USA, Australia they would treat patients like super humans, even darling and sweerhearting them yet their own kin and kith are treated like animals. This attitude should be STAMPED OUT. The nurses are VERY RUDE and UNCOUTH. They have no RESPECT whatsoever. Of course not all nurses are bad but those that are bad are BAD and vane HUTSINYE. Mr President this is a department that needs urgent over hauling. Zimbabwe needs nurses with passion for their job, full of love and empathy and are selfless.

  6. It looks like wants wachida chioko muhomwe for them to do something urgently

It’s not just Kwekwe it is all over Zim. Wamwe wanoswera wachiruka majersey or doils. Ndowanhu waifanira kunzi naGrace pasi nemaitiro awo not pasi na Kazembe Kazembe

  7. its warrantied in this situation, when you are told someone is dying and you walk like that, this is why a lot of people die unnecessary in our hospitals ne service yakadai.

  8. The government needs to train as many nurses and teachers as possible so as to saturate the labour supply side of these areas . It can then decisively deal with rogue elements. It must also crush corruption in the recruitment process of students as people with desire for money other than those with passion and calling getting these jobs.

  9. We have heard a lot of ineffective and lazy teachers being dismissed. I still have to hear one of these fat nurses who just sit like white pigs when patients (together with first lady @mplilo) are waiting impatiently in long queues

  10. Respect ya manurse asiri kuita basa? That man is now yelling out of frustratin. This is a member of the public who has had to deal with a stressful situation he is not trained to deal with. So his response is understandable. that man is hysterical yet nurse are not helping the situation

  11. Was it necessary to scream at the nurses? Interpersonal communication yaresva ipapo. When emotions take over reasoning, nothing is accomplished.
Zviri kwese kuma nesi nekuvanhu vanouya muzvipatara; just like pachigayo chaipo!
Mutual respect and good customer service goes a long way in communication, pakadayi.

  12. Ask the First Lady she has a story to tell about the attitude and services at government hospitals, the whole services need proper overhaul and those who cannot serve in the new dispensation must be FIRED. i am made to believe there are thousands of nurses unemployed at the moment and this is the time to turn up the heat on non-performers.

  13. That video of Nurses reluctant to serve an emergency seems to be from Kwekwe General Hospital.
