In a sad development for soccer lovers in Zvishavane, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) has condemned Maglas Stadium, the home ground of ambitious Shabanie Mine FC.

The stadium has been
closed effectively for renovations.

The committee responsible for inspecting
stadiums earlier in the year condemned
Maglas,
Sakubva Mutare and Ascot Stadiums respectively.

“Our home ground, Maglas
Stadium will undergo some renovations cited
by the FIB for it to be certified fit to host PSL matches
this season.

Dressing rooms will be extended,
showers will also be increased, club offices and a
doping room are some of the areas to be touched on
by SMM holdings,” said Shabanie FC in a statement.
