President Emmerson Mnangagwa just toured the College of High Studies for Strategy and Defense here.

President Mnangawa was received at the institution by the Country’s Defense Minister Chrispin Atamatabe.

Minister Atamatabe gave a brief history of the institution which is a brain child of DRC President Joseph Kabila.

President Mnangagwa said he was impressed by the facility as it goes a long way in creating African based solutions on defense and security.

He said he was also fascinated by the fact that the institution accepts foreign military students.- state media
