No ‘Bhora Musango’ As Losing MDC Candidates Concede Defeat

Terrence Mawawa, Masvingo| MDC losing candidates in both Parliamentary and local government elections here have conceded defeat and pledged to support their winning counterparts.

The presiding officers for Masvingo Province Progress Masocha, Henry Chivhanga and Escot Chawata concurred that the primary elections were free and fair.

The winning and losing candidates publicly declared that they would work together to to defeat Zanu PF.

Masvingo Provincial Chairperson James Gumbi yesterday said: “The elections were free and fair. I encourage all winning and losing candidates to unite and work together.”
