Warriors goalkeeper, George Chigova has secured victory for Zimbabwe after saving three spot kicks in the crunch COSAFA Cup quarter final clash against the Zebras of Botswana at the new Peter Mokaba Stadium in South Africa today.

Botswana fought their way back into the match in the 60th minute after the Warriors had taken the lead in the 38th minute through Evans Rusike.

Chigova carried the day for the Warriors after producing three fine saves during the dreaded penalty shootout.

Zimbabwe won 3-1 to book a semi final berth.The Warriors are the defending champions.
