Dear Harare East Resident

As your current Member of Parliament and Deputy Minister of Finance and Economic Development under the able leadership of President ED Mnangagwa, I promise the following:

Economic Agenda
(1) Push to replace the Bond Notes with a new local currency within the next two years (2) Speed up the establishment of a single currency for use within the SADC region within the next 5 years (3)Advocate for fixed 5 year term contracts for all senior parastatal employees at director level and above. These contracts will only be extended for an extra 5 year term on good performance.(4) Pass laws to stop government borrowing from the Reserve Bank once it has exhausted its budget allocation for the year. 5) Push for an increase in the minimum wage of domestic workers to acceptable levels.

Social Agenda
1) Push to establish a program where everyone can get access to good healthcare. 2) Pass laws so that taxes on alcohol, cigarettes, luxury goods and gambling are used to reduce hospitals fees.(3) Legislate for the establishment of dedicated white collar crimes and corruption courts (4) Legislate for the introduction of public funded independents schools, known as charter schools, in poor neighborhoods (5) Pass laws to make sure that anyone who has rented a council house in high density areas for at least 20 years becomes its owner. 6) Advocate for the abolishing of maternity fees in all government health institutions.
