Finance minister Professor Mthuli Ncube has said the austerity measures implemented by government will begin to yield results soon.

Ncube made the remarks while addressing the media soon after cabinet on Tuesday.

Ordinary Zimbabweans have felt the pinch of austerity measures implemented by government while the finance minister insists the move is important to correct economic fundamentals.
