Three people were killed on Wednesday when their Mazda Bongo truck carrying bales of tobacco was involved in a head-on collision with a haulage truck near Chinhoyi.

The accident was confirmed by the police spokesperson for Mashonaland West Inspector Clemence Mabgeazara. He said all the deceased were aboard the Mazda Bongo truck.
